Market turnover soars

6^th September, 2018: two counters registered activities as market turnover surged to Ugx611.58mn (US$161,809) from Ugx144.43mn (US$38,227) recorded on 5^th September, 2018.  Stanbic Bank Uganda still traded the highest shares at Ugx611.34mn in turnover with its share price stable at Ugx33 per share. NIC Holdings bourse made Ugx0.19Mn in turnover as its market value remained at Ugx17 per share. The USE ALSI lost a further 1.72% to 1,943.57.
